Yes. For Wash & Fold orders (the Black Bag), the minimum order size is 15 lbs. per bag. We will accept bags that weigh less than 15 lbs., of course, but you will be charged for a 15 lb. bag.
Please note that any itemized pieces in your Wash & Fold order, such as Comforters and Blankets, will not count towards the 15 lb. minimum order size since they are processed separately to follow special care instructions.

Hi-Lite arrives.

  • Our highly trained Valet arrives between 8pm – 10pm.
  • You will receive a 45-minute reminder via SMS.

Hi-Lite picks up your clothes.

  • We’ll put them in your own personal Hi-Lite bags.
  • If you have any special instructions, let your Valet know.
  • Let your Valet know when you would like your clothes returned.

Hi-Lite Laundry takes care of your clothes.

  • We work with only the best cleaners and have built in multiple layers of inspection to ensure high-quality.
  • We provide full service garment care (incl. Hang Dry), and also repair broken buttons for free.

Hi-Lite Laundry delivers your clothes.

  • Standard Delivery is $3.99 and happens on your next “route” day (e.g. Sun > Wed ; Mon > Thu ; Tue > Fri).
  • If you need your clothes returned quicker, Wash & Fold is available within 24 hours and Dry Cleaning is available within 48 hours for an additional $5.00 fee.
  • We will send you a text the morning of your scheduled delivery date to confirm we are coming that evening. If your delivery has not been scheduled yet, we will send you a text on your next route day to confirm your clothes are ready for delivery.

Next day Wash & Fold is definitely available!

  • We offer 24-hour turnaround on Wash & Fold for an additional $5.00 fee.
  • Request via SMS, email (hilitelaundry2018@gmail.com), or by letting our Valet know before or upon pick-up.

Definitely. We have several customers who are not typically home between 8pm and 10pm but they could still use some help given their busy schedules.  For them, we offer “personless” pick-up and delivery.  What this means is that we will come by and pick-up or deliver your clothes without you having to be there.  The key is you need to make sure we have an access to a safe place to keep your clothes.  Typically, this means you can buzz us into your apartment building remotely or can provide a door code.

  • We provide constant feedback: We work closely with all of our cleaning partners and provide them with thorough, detailed, and actionable feedback to ensure that they deliver a consistently great product.
  • We have quality built into our internal process:  We have several additional processes outside of the cleaning process in place to ensure that your garments are inspected while they are in our care. No item can pass our “Quality Control??? check and be returned to you without a member of our internal team reviewing it.
  • We’ll do what it takes to get everything right: We are confident that your items will receive the best quality cleaning possible. If you find a stain that has slipped through the cracks or your garment doesn’t meet our (or your) quality standards, please e-mail hilitelaundry2018@gmail.com and we’ll provide a complimentary re-cleaning.
